FT: Norwich City 1-3 Chelsea (Premier League) 2021-22 | FULL HIGHLIGHTS

Chelsea claimed an amazing 0-2 victory against Norwich City at the Carrow Road, MySportPlug reporting.

Before the match, the London club was hit with so much from the Uk government who sanctioned Roman Abramovich and automatically affected everything about him including the team which has so many bans already placed upon them.

Chelsea had to put that aside and got the job done after 90 minutes of football which saw them making good use of their opportunities going forward with more being misplaced, but luckily they made it happen as they scored with few of the chances.

Norwich City Vs Chelsea

It was a good start going forward by the Blues who were the better between both teams who started at a fast pace as they attacked each other looking to take an early lead which unfortunately didn’t happen immediately.

Chelsea took the lead on the 3rd minutes of the encounter after an amazing delivery from Mason Mount saw Trevoh Chalobah finishing off to give the Blues a 0-1 lead from a finish which was calmly done by the Sierra Leone International.

The match pushed forward with more opportunities created in attack from the side who already have to lead against Norwich City who was poor in defending as Mason Mount increased the lead to 0-2 with the assistance coming from Kai Havertz who made it look easy.

Both teams continue to push against each other with hopes of changing how the scoreline was already looking between them which was no luck despite how they came close on many occasions but good defending and goalkeeper ensured it remained the same as it carried on.

The first half concluded with Norwich City having to go into the break trailing 0-2 against Chelsea who was too good for them to handle after 45 minutes of amazing football coming in the English Premier League encounter which was good.

Solid one as the second half started well for the two teams who were more eager to fight and ensure something good comes their way after the first 45 minutes which wasn’t that bad based on performance and difference on the table.

Norwich City was the better side as they pushed more going forward with hopes of getting one and fighting until the end for another one, but it wasn’t happening as the match carried on with them surviving attacks which were thrown at them while fighting for a goal.

The game was fast approaching with Chelsea surviving a crucial attempt which was saved by Edouard Mendy who wasn’t good enough to save a penalty from Teemu Pukki in the 69th minute of the second half which made things 1-2 after a handball resulted in a VAR check before the decision was made.

It was far from done with the match progressing with them both finding some openings which could have easily resulted in a goal happening, but once again it wasn’t meant to be for them as the goalkeepers did a great job despite the defenders falling on their duties.

Kai Havertz seal off the points as he scored in the 90th minute after a good build up from play saw NGolo Kante racing through and providing the assist which saw them Germain putting to use as the scoreline turned 1-3 with just few minutes left to be played on the pitch.

The encounter ended with so much talking points which saw Chelsea claiming another massive victory away from home against Norwich City 1-3 with so much good work coming from the whole team despite off the pitch issues surrounding them since the start of the day.
