Chelsea Players Make Italy 26-Man Squad For Euros2020

Italy has officially announced their 26-man list for the Euros2020 tournament and Chelsea players of Emerson alongside Jorginho cuts, MySportPlug reports.

Both players have always been invited to play for the Azzuri National team despite the defender not getting much playing time at Stamford Bridge since making the move to England.

Both Emerson and Jorginho have been included in Italy 26-Man list for Euros2020 as they look to carry their winning spirit to help their country win this year European Championship held by Portugal.

Chelsea recently won their second Uefa Champions League title few days ago after beating Manchester City 1-0 with goal from Kai Havertz in the first half.

Players from the team have been making their trip down to the camp of their national teams with more players getting call ups to represents including Cesar Azpilicueta.

Mason Mount, Reece James and Ben Chilwell were recently called up to represent England after Gareth Southgate named a 26-man squad yesterday evening.

Emerson and Jorginho are the two players to be recently invited to play for Italy in the tournament which kicks off on the 11th this month June and ends in July 11th.

The Italy National team are in Group A alongside Switzerland, Turkey and Wales, which they play their opening game of the tournament at the Stadio Olimpico against Turkey on June 11.
